Catching up

I am going to try to catch up on some of my blogging. I am WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY behind. For now you can enjoy our pictures from our trip in June! Will get more on here after James gets home and I can get some more pictures uploaded!

our trip (part 4)

On Monday, June 9, Mom and Amy dropped us off in Lancaster with James. We spent a couple of days at Grammy and Papa's house with Jared. We finally got to meet Mr. Brock! He is soooooooooooooo cute! We already knew that, but it was nice to finally get to meet him. He is such a good baby! Here are some pictures from the time we were down there.

Our Trip (Part 3)

On June 8 we went to Sea World! What a BLAST!
Megan said that "this is the funnest place on earth!" It definitely is a fun place!!!

Swimming

Grammy and I went to WalMart today and bought the kids a swimming pool. It is about 8 ft long and 3 feet wide. (Thanks for helping pay for it Grammy!) It has been a big hit and the kids are having a blast!

Fun at Sea World

July 4th Celebration!!!

We had a great 4th. Grammy and Papa plus Cole and Joshua were here. The kids spent the morning being "crafty" with Grammy. They all made necklaces for their mommies, except Bethany. She strung a few beads and then she was done. Megan worked so hard on mine and then dropped it all over the floor and had to start over. She was sad, but started over and I got a BEAUTIFUL necklace out of the deal. This afternoon we went to some friends house and had a fantastic meal. There was sooooo much food. I made a pretty cake that was delicious too. Then we just sat around and visited and let the kids play. Their grandsons played with fireworks all afternoon and lit some pretty ones after dark. The kids enjoyed the sparklers and poppers. Then we sat in their backyard and watched the fireworks all around us. They live on a hill and you can see many different fireworks shows all around. It was a busy day and we are all tired and glad to be home! I hope you all had a safe and happy day as well!

Baby Birds

Here are my new baby birds. All three eggs hatched and they are growing rapidly. The first picture is at less than 24 hours old, they looked like the cross between a baby mouse and a dead plucked chicken. The second is at 3 days old. Look how much they grew in just 2 and 1/2 short days!
